Our Movement and Rehab Classes are designed to support individuals at all levels of fitness and ability.

Led by expert physiotherapists, these group sessions focus on improving strength, flexibility, and balance through tailored exercises.

Whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to maintain your health, these classes provide a holistic approach to movement and rehabilitation.

Mat Pilates

Our physiotherapy-run mat Pilates classes offer a personalised approach to whole-body fitness, designed for all abilities and experience levels. Each 45-minute session incorporates a variety of exercises targeting strength, mobility, and balance to help you move better and feel stronger.

With a maximum of four participants per class, you'll receive focused attention and expert corrections, ensuring you get the most out of every session. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned enthusiast, our supportive and professional environment will help you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively.

Functional Pilates

Our physiotherapy-led small group classes offer a unique blend of Pilates and gym-based exercises in a dynamic, circuit-style format. With a maximum of three participants per 45-minute session, you'll benefit from a highly tailored workout that targets your whole body and aligns with your individual needs and goals.

We use a variety of equipment to keep sessions engaging and effective, providing modifications and alternative exercises to suit all fitness levels and populations—including pregnancy and postnatal care. The small class size allows our experienced physiotherapists to provide personalised guidance, ensuring you get the most out of every workout.

To ensure your safety and help us design a program that meets your goals, you’ll need to book an initial appointment with one of our physiotherapists or exercise physiologists before joining the class.

Supervised Exercise Classes

These are supervised by Physiotherapist/Exercise Physiologists

This class is for people who have a specific rehab or exercise program to complete.

An initial appointment prior to attending this class is required so we understand your goals and what you are able to do so we can prescribe an appropriate plan for you to complete.
