Christine Goonewardene is the Director of Aspire Physiotherapy Claremont.
She holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (2007), a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Science (2008), and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (2013).
Since 2015, Christine has worked with the West Coast Eagles Football Club as Medical Coordinator, working closely with players, medical staff, and strength teams, including during their 2018 Grand Final win. She also served as Head Physiotherapist for the AFLW team in 2020. Now, she focuses on the AFL men’s program and private practice.
In addition to her professional commitments and dedication to community service, Chris enjoys expressing her creativity through her passions for music, art, and design.

Mark Finucane is an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience working in elite sports and high-performance environments. A graduate from 1998, Mark’s career includes pivotal roles with prominent teams such as Perth Glory, the WA Junior Soccer State teams (1999-2004), the Australian Men’s Hockey Program (AIS & Kookaburras) during the Beijing Olympic Cycle (2005-2008), and a remarkable 16-year tenure with the West Coast Eagles Football Club (2008-2024).
Mark is also a celebrated member of the Surf Life Saving WA Sporting Hall of Fame, earning accolades that include medals at World and Australian Championships and competing in the prestigious professional Ironman Series, including the Uncle Toby's Super Series.
With extensive experience in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and optimizing athletic performance, Mark continues to bring his passion and expertise to Aspire Physiotherapy Claremont while also managing Surf Sports, Performance, and Pathways at North Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club. Physiotherapist Specialising in Women's and Pelvic Health
Rosy earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Curtin University in 2018 and specialises in Women's and Pelvic Health, supporting women through pregnancy and post-natal care. Rosy’s expertise includes pelvic and back pain, mastitis, incontinence, and return-to-exercise programs, offering personalised care for both common and complex conditions.
Committed to ongoing development, Rosy has completed advanced courses in Pelvic Health, Women's Health, and Inflammatory Breast Conditions. With a passion for sports, she also treats musculoskeletal issues using an individualised, evidence-based approach.
Alicia holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (2019) and a Master's in Exercise Physiology (2021). She specialises in working with NDIS participants, particularly those with autism, creating tailored exercise programs for optimal outcomes.
Alicia also has extensive experience in geriatrics, focusing on falls prevention and balance training to help older adults stay active and independent.
Currently pursuing her Level 2 ASCA Accreditation, Alicia also serves as a Sports Trainer for the West Coast Eagles Football Club, applying her expertise in sports science and injury management.
Sonja holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy and is highly skilled in a range of treatment techniques. She customises each session through a thorough pre-treatment discussion, addressing specific concerns with techniques such as:
